1 Year Anniversary With My Miata

The real cool thing about this story is that I bought this car the day after my friend Kent bought his NA Miata (1994). He asked me to tag along with him to Ocean City which is where the seller was located. I agreed to go with him mainly because he was buying me breakfast. Anyway, I remember after driving behind him after he bought the Miata, and thinking to myself. 'Dang, I really need to get one of these'. Originally, my plan was to sell my current car (2013 Honda Fit) and get a NC Miata (2006-2015). However, following Kent back home, I realized it would be so much smarter and easier to get a NA Miata. So the next day I hopped onto Craigslist, and found one near my location for about $2400. I went to the seller, and managed to buy it same day. Overall, this car has been fun and riding with the top down is such a cool feeling. To this day, It runs very smoothly and not many issues exist within the car. I do have to find a way to fix this air bag warning I keep getting. Anyway, I only drove the car about 2500 miles which is not bad at all. Kent and I recently replaced the top as it was in bad condition. I think with this Spring and Summer just around the corner, I plan to install Coilovers and an Exhaust. It currently has a front-lip that scrapes literally everywhere. I'm excited to drive more later on.
